NATALIE SWIL
Consultant
Professional Profile: Natalie is an OD consultant, working in the areas of leadership development, team alignment and business coaching, as well as large scale OE projects, culture change and talent management. Prior to organisational development, Natalie worked in high-tech start-up environments and in the entrepreneurial development space, before which, she spent four years in education where she taught and performed “insider-research” into the discipline of coaching as a strong contributing approach to teaching, with potential for empowering learners.
Natalie forms part of YSA’s team of consultants, performing a facilitation and coaching role, for long term leadership development programmes, change management interventions as well as deep, team processes. Her client base spans financial services, mining, manufacturing and agriculture.
Unique caching differentiators: Natalie draws on a number of psychological approaches and consulting tools in her coaching framework and has worked with different modalities including Adult Learning, CBT, Existentialism, Humanism and Gestalt, which come together to form her unique coaching approach, self-described as being “robust but flexible”.
Her style aims to balance supportive and challenging ways of working with clients so that they extend themselves beyond self-imposed limitations.

MAMATEBELE HOOHLO

Professional Profile: Mamatebele is a seasoned Human Resources Professional, known and respected by colleagues and specialist practitioners in the fields of Organisational Development, Change Leadership, Talent Management and Leadership Development. She has led and implemented large scale change leadership interventions in large South African organisations in the FMCG and Financial Services sectors. She is experienced in business coaching and group facilitation, focusing on team alignment, strategy implementation and business planning, at various organisational levels and in a variety of work environments.
Mamatebele is proficient in applying Organisational Development principles to effect large scale change and is particularly successful in systemic diagnosis and producing sustainable business solutions. She headed up the Change Management Work stream for a significant strategic business project within a South African blue chip company. She also introduced talent management as a philosophy and a way of managing talent, created structures, systems and processes for the implementation of a talent management strategy in a large South African organisation.
Coaching Experience: Five years of executive coaching experience as a leadership consultant across a number of private and public industry sectors. Seven years of business coaching as a Human Resources Professional within the FMCG and Financial services industry as an internal organisational coach.

JACQUELINE MEYERSFELD

Jacqui has over seventeen years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach.
She has consulted internally to Investec Bank in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Mauritius. During this time, she worked across most of the organisation’s business units including Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Securities, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Property and Central Services (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Group Risk).
Jacqui started her own consulting business in May 2011. Evolve provides consulting, coaching and facilitation services to clients in the banking, venture capital, hospitality, retail and industrial services sectors. She also consults to YSA as a Leadership Development facilitator.

PETRO BARENDRECHT

Petro is a registered psychologist, respected consultant, assessment specialist and specialist process facilitator as well as a career coach. She has worked in diverse sectors such as mining, finance, education, technology, health, construction, manufacturing and agriculture and across various levels of employees from ground level staff and middle managers to executives.
Petro has a particular interest in professional development within the field of consulting psychology and has been invited to supervise the Post Graduate Psychology students at the University of Johannesburg, specialising in Psychometry. She has supervised over 300 intern psychometrics since 2006.
She recently completed a three-year project in the financial sector as a specialist facilitator in culture change, team and leadership development initiatives using Process Psychology principles. She is currently involved with executive and adult career development, individual development plans and facilitating professional growth related to analytical thinking principles and emotional intelligence.
Petro’s educations extends to Masters Degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria (UP), South Africa.
ALANA JOSSEL

Alana is an OD consultant, executive and team coach. She has coached senior and executive managers in the IT, Financial, Banking, Marketing, Health, Wholesale and Environmental Consulting industries.
Alana brings a combination of IT and Business experience to her consulting coaching, with an in-depth understanding of the corporate world: she originally qualified as a systems analyst and spent more than 10 years in the corporate environment.
She served as a coach supervisor and mentor of coaches for the Centre for Coaching, UCT Graduate School of Business (2008-2012) and as a GIBS member of faculty.
From 2011 to 2014 Alana was a member of Nedbank’s Leading for Deep Green facilitator team facilitating team, in 2014 she became an associate of the Hemsley Fraser international group (UK and USA) of organisational learning and development solutions, she served as a member of the Barclays Global Leadership Faculty as an executive coach and master facilitator. And in 2017 she facilitated a leadership and culture change journey for Springer Nature.
Alana recently completed an MSC in Organisational Development (from a Systemic Gestalt and Complexity Perspective (Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University in the UK).
BULELWA RULASHE

Bulelwa is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. She has over 21 years in this field, 12 of which has been in Learning, Development and Transformation, which all have a direct effect on organizational effectiveness.
Her experience in the various disciplines of Human Resources helps provide a well-rounded approach to strategy development and implementation. She brings a versatile body of Knowledge and experience having had exposure to both the private and public sectors.
Bulelwa has worked as a specialist facilitator in Leadership Development and Personal development at a number of organisations across industries, including Towestone, Nedbank, Sasol and Franklincovey, having started her career, in-house at Sasol in the Recruitment and Employment Equity space.
