The Learner leadership wheel stresses that leadership is about practice. In each phase of the wheel you expand and deepen your understanding of self as leader, in relation to context. Every rotation of the learn cycle brings value and insight and makes you a better leader.
You spend time learning, then you act, then you evaluate, only to return to reflection and learning once again. Most importantly, learning is fully dependent on self-awareness: your ability to look inward, to reflect on how you show up and to realise the impact that you may or may not have on others.
