Jennifer Hopkins

Jenny was invited to join YSA in 2004.  She has consulting experience in leading local and global organisations, particularly those in the resources sector.  This experience has included project managing, and participating in, multi-faceted leadership development projects involving strategy development, change management, individual leadership development coaching and team alignment.  She has considerable expertise in Balanced Scorecard and systems design and implementation.  She is rapidly acquiring a reputation among client senior management, for her professional approach and effective project delivery.

She is also a Senior LifePi Analyst, acknowledged for her contribution to the development and success of the LifePi technique and considered a preferred professional in this field.

Jenny has a Bachelor of Economic Sciences and Honours Degree, cum laude, in International Relations from the University of Stellenbosch.  She has completed all course work towards a Masters degree in Comparative and International Politics, through the University of Cape Town.
